Note !
All the details, data and information provided on LawMint.uk or other websites owned by us is provided as an ‘as is’, ‘best effort’, ‘to the best of our knowledge or belief’ basis only.
While we have made every attempt to ensure that the information contained in this Site has been obtained from reliable sources, the information and details on LawMint.uk may have become outdated, superseded, inaccurate or incomplete. Always verify all details through the official sources, websites or authorities.
LawMint.uk, it’s owners or it’s employees assume no responsibility or liability for any errors or omissions in the content of this site. The information contained in this site is provided on an “as is” basis with no guarantees of completeness, accuracy, usefulness or timeliness or of the results obtained from the use of this information, and without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including, but not limited to warranties of performance, merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
In no event will LawMint.uk, it’s owners, its related partnerships or corporations, or the partners, agents or employees thereof be liable to you or anyone else for any decision made or action taken in reliance on the information in this Site or for any consequential, special or similar damages, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our databases have questions from various sources, including questions that have appeared in previous exams of similar nature; and with such questions, we invariably go with the official keys.
However, we have occasionally seen that there may be some errors in the official keys which have not been challenged by the candidates at that time and thus even the ‘final key’ continued with the error.
Since our mock tests are completely online and we can update our databases at any time, whenever a user points out any possible issue, we check and correct if required. Currently, our database / question bank is probably more accurate than any other provider or printed book. However, we cannot guarantee 100% accuracy.
If you have come across any questions where you feel that the answer is wrong, please send us a screenshot or copy-paste the question into a email (mentioning the mock test number) and we will check and update the same immediately.
Since we are a small start-up, we do not have the bandwidth to provide a question by question explanation and as such, our pricing also reflects the same. However, we do promptly look into any possible discrepancies and make corrections wherever required.
Note : All answers are suggestive and provided on a best effort basis only. Refer to the official keys, authoritative text books or the official websites to confirm the answers and for any clarifications or doubts.
GDPR Privacy Policy, Notifications, Declarations, Terms & Conditions are provided at the end of this document.
!!! Important !!!
All our mock test series are designed and released several months before the official exam notifications may be released for the year. The mock tests are designed on the basis of publicly available information, previous year’s notifications, previous years question papers and modified the the extent possible (on a best effort basis) on the basis of the current year’s notification.
However, the exam authorities may completely change the pattern / syllabus of the exam or completely modify the pattern of the question paper with minimum notice period or even without any prior notification. Students should ensure that they regularly keep themselves updated on the official notifications and prepare accordingly. LawMint may not modify the mock test series in case of any changes in the actual syllabus / pattern / questions – as compared the mock test series.
All our mock test series are published and updated on a best effort basis; and we do not provide any guarantees or warranties with regards to the suitability of our publications and mock test series for the specific exam. LawMint may not be liable for any changes in the syllabus, exam pattern, question paper pattern or any other changes. All out mock test series and other information published by us are only suggestive in nature.
